Financials

  • Budget through February 2011 was reviewed
    • Expenses / revenues in good order
  • Chris reviewed current past due accounts
    • Two large sums have been paid ($4,512)
    • Two units are vacant and have liens
    • One unit is moving forward with foreclosure
    • One unit was sent to attorney for collection

Landscaping

  • Bob asked to discuss the amount of pine straw located around the 6100 Highcastle building
    • This is natural accumulation, but has become a safety issue
    • Chris will talk with the landscapers for ideas on reducing the accumulation, including occasionally blowing the area

Maintenance

  • Discussed painting / power washing schedule.
    • We have $5000 in the budget for this year
  • Painting on the back of the units also needs to be quoted

Other

  • Tina Clements has resigned her position on the board for personal reasons
  • Board looking to find a replacement for this positon until term end (end of 2011)
  • The Board’s next meeting is planned for Tuesday, May 10th, 6:30pm at the Pindell Wilson office
Action Items: 
  1. Chris will obtain at least 3 quotes to power wash all the units
  2. Chris will obtain quotes on painting / replacing the fence behind the units at 3600 - 3626 Plumbridge
